Went fishing ? in Manasquan Inlet this evening on a cool, sunny nor’easter with an outgoing tide. Caught, tagged and released a fluke and bluefish with a plain hook Ava A-17. Lost a big fluke and missed 2. The fisherman to my left caught a big bluefish. Saw minnows in the inlet for the first time this year. They looked like black drum. Went fishing ? in Manasquan Inlet this evening during a nor’easter gale in the rain on the outgoing tide. Saw bluefish and a skate caught while getting ready to go fishing. Nobody was near my spot on the jetty.
