Flows are still fluctuating between 1200cfs at midnight to 2350cfs by 3pm each day. The fish have adjusted well, and fishing has been good.

Beginning on May 5, 2022, the daily average release from Flaming Gorge Dam is scheduled to be increased from 850 cfs to 1,800 cfs. The average daily release of 1,800 cfs is scheduled to continue thereafter until a new notification is sent. Hourly release schedules issued by WAPA for power production may include daily fluctuations to meet power demand contracts. Reclamation works closely with the Colorado River Basin Forecast Center (CRBFC).
