This is something I teach to me videographers.  It is something that I see many videographers only shoot with their eyes.  When I say “video with your ears as well as your eyes”, I mean be listening to what is happening around you.  This can apply to photography as well but even more so to video because video is by nature is candid and if you miss something, you miss it, no re-enacting.  We started with the bride with pre-ceremony pictures at the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota. The Healing Garden as well as the elegant interior of the Ritz-Carlton made for some great backgrounds for this stunningly beautiful bride and groom.  This is just the teaser video (above) as the wedding was yesterday, highlight video coming soon. So heres an idea for your wedding….Instead of having your bridesmaids carry bouquets, have each bridesmaid carry a puppy down the aisle.  It is not only unbelievably adorable, but it serves a great purpose.  It helps these puppies to get exposure and get adopted.  These puppies were provided by Fair Tail Pet Care.  The puppies will come with human assistants to help with the wedding ceremony and getting the puppies ready for pictures.  These pictures were taken from the video.  For more information see Fairy Tail Pet Care. So much with a great video is dependent upon things which are beyond our control.  On this weddings all those things were very favorable.  A bride and groom who not only were very beautiful but more importantly very cooperative.  They had a schedule which allowed the Photographer & Videographer (me) plenty of time.  They were on time.  The weather was good.  The church wasn’t overly restrictive, allowed us to do what we needed to do.  This is all a recipe for a great video and photography.
