Hello! I want to taxidermy my own Crow mounts for personal decoration. I am aware of Ohio’s crow seasons however my main concern is the MBTA (Migratory Bird Treaty Act). Based off what I have read on it, you would have to have a permit to have a taxidermist mount it however if you mount it yourself you would not need a permit. Am I correct with this? I really would like to avoid a situation where I mount a bird and follow the legal process incorrectly. Any help is greatly appreciated or even...

Kansas continues to add Big Deer to the record book and this year is no different. I have talked about the early season there, and hunted it, and will say it is one of the best times to go. Low hunting pressure-I heard one shot the 1st week the 1st year I hunted there in early muzzleloader, and lots of un hunted and unpressured deer. The September early Muzzleloader season in Kansas is well worth the time and effort to hunt.
Here is this years 194 5/8" Early Muzzleloader trophy and another...

Hello Fishing Friends!
I'll be at the state park in about 2 weeks. Ill be camping with several of my buddies i served in Afghanistan with. I am traveling from West Michigan.
We will be camping and fishing all week June 10th-16th, 2024. Unfortunately, we won't have room or means for a boat, and we will be fishing from the concrete steps.
From past experiences we used slide sinker, leader and a #2 octopus hook with a nightcrawler. We caught a ton of drum/sheepshead.
Can anyone "kindly" (if...
