Hi, as the title says, I'm looking for an IC that can switch the output from high to low and back based on just one input pulse signal, I have thought about using flip flops but those need clock and I intend to use it in a feedback circuit for a Tesla coil which will be hard to tune the clock signal(I'm basically looking for a T-flip flop that doesn't need clock). Are there any ICs like that, please let me know, thanks a lot ..read more

Hi everyone,
I'm working on my first ever circuit and PCB board for an automatic watering project that requires a long on/off time delay relay controller. I could really use some guidance from this knowledgeable community.
Project Overview:
Objective: To design an on/off timer circuit that can manage long on/off time delays.
Requirements:
On Time: Separately adjustable from the off time. Currently, I'm planning to set a frequency and use...

I am creating a little man in the middle circuit to hijack an LED in an appliance.
I am wondering if I have the circuit right-
I have simplified the appliance circuit down to the LED circuit to focus the clarity im looking for and put together a proposed circuit below it.
The cathode of the LED is switched to power the LED in normal operation.
Am I right in thinking I will need a diode infront of each MCU pin so while the appliance pin is HIGH(LED OFF state), I can light the LED with the...

'level shifting' is a nuisance as there are too many cases of needing to interface 3.3v to 5v and vice versa.
while looking around for 'solutions' I found this little rather interesting logic gate

Hello, I am really new to circuits and such and am trying to see if there is a way to connect an OV2640 circuit board to work like a webcam of such.
I provided the board I should be using as a picture and its schematic as a pdf. If anyone could give some info on where I should connect wires to get signal through usb. Thanks ..read more

Hello, I am trying to design a thing I call frequency multiplier (if that's even the correct term) which should output 5 clock pulses from a single button press. I could not find any existing IC that could do this, so I improvised using a combination of monstable and astable multivibrators. My idea is that the button would trigger the monostable which then enables the astable to count for a specified period. This monostable also stabilizes button debounce. The timing of these circuits...

Hey there,
i need some help. Not an expert at all. I have four non latching pushbuttons that i want to trigger four leds with. Only one led should light up at once. So say i push button 1, led 1 goes on and when hitting push button 3, led 1 turns off while led 3 turns on and so forth….
I have a bunch of maxim max16054 ics left over that do the latching, debouncing and trigger the leds. All this works as expected. Im just lost getting the leds to turn off, when turning on another one. It...

I am looking for a simple positive logic RS latch that runs around 3 volts since it will interface with an ISD 1820 voice module. It seems like most IC’s run from 5 to 18 volts and I don’t want two power sources. Kind of a newbie as far as finding things ..read more
