Only had this car for a couple of weeks now so still getting used to how things sound normally. Tonight when getting home, I noticed at low idle(900RPM-ish) a squeaking noise similar to one that would appear in the serpentine belt drive if a rock got into a pulley or something similar. Hi All. 99 V70XC. Have a unique problem with one of my wagons. When running, some of the lights flash about every 10 seconds like on a timer. Doesn't matter if the lights are switched on or not. Hello folks, I've recently acquired a Volvo S70 from 1998. On startup with a cold engine, she sound very healthy and no weird noises. However, as the engine warms up, the lifters gradually make more and more noise. First thing I did was put in thick oil, as in 5w50 thick.
