There should be an observation tower or observation wheel built in the Downtown area of Fort Worth, Texas or close to Downtown as the city currently does not have such an attraction. Although Austin has an observation deck at the top of UT Tower, access is limited to certain days and with guided tours. This is why someone proposed the Signature Tower as Austin lacks a mass market observation deck and revolving restaurant like what is seen at Reunion Tower in Dallas or the Tower of the Americas in San Antonio. Houston is currently expanding a few freeways in the area, none bigger than the 20+ lane Katy freeway. My question is why instead of making a 20+ lane freeway don't they just tackle their mass transit problem and lay rail in the middle that could take the place of about 4 lanes. They could do this on all their freeways.
