Spotted this fab mod at a mall parking. Almost thought it was a merc from a peripheral glance.
I actually like this. Nicely done Mr. Altima owner ?

So this is my first ever vehicle with a CVT, I’ve mainly owned standard and auto cars. Is there a specific interval for CVTs that would be different than any other vehicles with ‘normal’ transmissions?

Help! I'm trying to change out the head lamps and I can't turn the bulb 90°. It goes about 45° and the cables didn't allow me to go anymore. I heard on a YouTube video that you might need to unhook the cable harness. Can you tell me on this picture how to do that please?

06 Altima, just over 200k km, transmission leak came to $850 just to remove transmission and check torque converter for the source, plus whatever to fix the problem. Is it worth it, I thought she had more life in er.

basically title, found a good deal on both. Which would you prefer (given that both CVTS were maintained)

I’m new to cars but I know Altimas have a very bad rep and the CVT is bad but just looking for opinions.
Is a 2018 Nissan Altima SV, 94000 miles no accidents worth $10,000? The couple is looking to downsize so it’s not a random dude who resells cars etc.
(answer is it’s probably not worth it but I’d like to hear thoughts)

Hi all,
I just got a Nissan Altima for free and I am doing it up for "fun". I have done a good bit of fixing so far and I am in a good spot and got it running with only 1 code showing in the scan.
One thing I did notice tonight when I was running it and checking the engine, was that one of the coil ignitions was shaking slightly, the other 3 were fine, but it was obvious that the one was a bit off.
Any thoughts? I have already changed the plugs and the cover but I have not changed the coil plugs. It is the obvious next step to look at this, but has anyone had this issue first hand?

Should I get a warranty?
I’m buying a clean 2018 Altima with 95,000 miles from a private party seller just to use it for around 1-2 years, then I hope to sell it. Is a $3000 warranty added to my car loan worth 1-2 years of car use?
