Hello I’m wondering if anyone else has had hip flexor discomfort riding on recumbents and what they did about it. Lifting my leg on the recovery stroke seems to be really putting stress on it. I’m riding an ice adventure about 10 miles 3-4 times per week. I found that leaning my seat back all the way helped but I still feel it. Several months ago I think I strained something in the front of my leg, maybe my hip flexor, riding up a hill. I’d like to ride more but I’m afraid of injuring it again. I just received an early model of a Merax bike. It came with no manual so I wrote to the company and asked for one. They replied, “Could you please confirm the store name, order number or tracking number, order date, buyer name, shipping address and the SKU#（in this format with large print：xxxxxxxx-xAA on the package of the product or it is listed in the order details in the order history) for us to find the order info and assist you further?”. It seems like that the recumbent community is more exposed to Pedaling Innovations' marketing compared to communities for uprights, so I might ask this in other bike subreddits that are not recumbent related later.
