Not only does it allow us to have strong direct relationships with our partners, it gives us the flexibility to plan our routes and delivery schedules around the needs of our accounts. We send a fresh sheet out each Monday, SE / NE deliveries are done on Tuesdays, West side deliveries are done on Wednesday and then we have Thursday and Friday to visit our accounts and finish up any deliveries for the weekend.
