Sorry missed this... Yeah as you found, web-UI merely harcodes this, whereas GTK-UI formats as per your locale. To change that then will need edit source, e.g.: Code: sudo find /usr -path '*/deluge/ui/web/js/deluge-all.js' -exec sed -i 's|{0}/{1}/|{1}/{0}/|' {} \; Reverse(back to default): Code: sudo find /usr -path '*/deluge/ui/web/js/deluge-all.js' -exec sed -i 's|{1}/{0}/|{0}/{1}/|' {} \; Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this is a server that is a service for many users so I don't have the privileges to change the file, and changing the file will impact every user on the serve ..read more

Hi Take newest release in newest python offered, rename to match your python I.e 3.12 here(or simply remove 'pyx.x' part entirely), done. There was a change added to deluge some years ago, negating need for this(python version ignored), but certain call used by yarss2('pkg_resources.require("YaRSS2")[0]') trips this up unfortunately, so still need this above mentioned workaround(or rebuild, but easier merely rename, which almost always works same). For the most popular plugins, I believe only this needing this. Statistics: Posted by mhertz — Sun Jun 02, 2024 7:31 am ..read more

Long time listener - first time caller. Is there a working version of this plugin for Python 3.12/Deluge 2.1.1? I've tried a handful of eggs that seem to match (or are recent e.g. Python 3.11) and they never seem to activate. As soon as I enable them in the client they're immediately disabled. I'd love to get this working if possible! Statistics: Posted by kino77 — Sat Jun 01, 2024 6:46 pm ..read more

Hi guys! A lot of times I'm finding the most super recent releases of popular torrents for TV Shows/Movies/Games take A LOT of download errors. These get fixed after a check and I can continue downloading...but will crash almost immediately after resuming again. This, again, will always happens in super recent releases. If something has been released today, then I'm getting this problem. If I'm downloading something released a couple months ago, the problem goes away, and very seldom get errors. I have come to believe this is through poisonous seeders trying to send fake/garbage data that cra ..read more

Hello lecarrot, What you could do is create a backup of your whole config directory and let Deluge create the files again. So you get the default configuration files. In the past (migrating to a newer version of deluge) doing this, fixed my problem. Some old config settings made it crash. Statistics: Posted by shinger — Thu May 30, 2024 5:53 pm ..read more

vms are usually slower than a host OS, and it could be using a virtual network card that is set to being a slower speed, less amount of ram than the host, etc Statistics: Posted by Polygon — Thu May 30, 2024 6:58 am ..read more

Looks like on W11 it is 1.2.15.0 (Deluge 2.1.1). Mint is on 1.1.13.0 (Deluge 2.0.3). I am also noticing the VM running pretty slow. The host PC is pretty high spect (Spectre 14 Intel I7 ultra, 32GB RAM) but the VM is way slower than the host. I'm new to VMs so still working that through. Think that could be the cause? What version of libtorrent are you using on each? 2.x libtorrent acts differently and windows handles its memory usage far less efficiently than linux would. I personally use libtorrent 1.2.x wherever I can. Statistics: Posted by ambipro — Wed May 29, 2024 9:40 pm ..read more
