It will be my first time to Seoul and Busan end of Nov. Hiring a private vehicle is too expensive, taking train although is relatively cheaper but longer travelling time. Taking taxi seems to be a more cost effective way of travelling, not very expensive and shorter travelling time. I am not travelling to the suburbs, max will be 20-30 mins by car.
