Hello, I am a owner of two iRigHD2 interfaces, using AmpliTube and GarageBand applications on MacOS. I need to find a solution where I can connect two guitars simultaneosly to AmpliTube / GarageBand when each guitar will have it's own amp and settings. I click on Collections Tab and select the ones that are part of Tonex SE i.e. British Jucie 1, or Cali 65 but when I select them there are no tone model list. How does it work? Understood. That being said, I started with them first. I implemented what they told me to do. Unfortunately, that didn't work, so I replied back to them telling them exactly the steps I took as well as explained how it didn't change the behavior of the program. A day later, I got an email stating my issue was closed and to rate my interaction with them. I wrote back explaining that I shouldn't have had my issue closed because I was still having the same problem. They didn't reply back; and thus I was looking for support here. All of a sudden the normally white power led on the front of the speaker has turned green (on only one of the two speakers). Other than that the speaker is performing normally as far as I can hear. I have just done a firmware update on both speakers, which was successful however the led on one of the speakers still shows green whereas it always used to be white. I have re calibrated both speakers but the issue persists. I did read somewhere while researching this issue that others had experienced this behavior. Hello. I recently purchased ToneX one. I've already registered my account with the product manager and registered the device serial number. In the ToneX One software, it shows that my Mac is connected properly and that my account is accessed, but there are still several issues. 1.It seems like the cabinet simulator isn't working. The situation remains the same even when I connect it directly to the audio interface without using a Mac. 2.The Mac software for Tonex one is not functioning properly. Hello, Since upgrading to Mac OS 14.5 I'm hearing "glitches/static" around once a minute (just a guess) from any output going through my AxeIO interface unit.
