Hello! This might be a long read, so please bear with me. I'm currently studying mechanical engineering in Europe (I'm an EU citizen) but I've been considering marine engineering for a while now. Part of why I chose mechanical was to "keep my options open" if you can put it like that. I figured if I ever changed my mind, the switch from ME to other fields would be easier.
