BRANSON, Mo. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) project office at Table Rock Lake is reminding property owners of the policy around removing dead and damaged trees following recent storms that knocked down several trees in the area. In a news release, the USACE says owners must get prior written authorization to remove dead or storm-damaged trees on public property. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Former Missouri State University (MSU) basketball player Abdul-Hakim Fofana is sharing his story six years after a cryotherapy mishap caused career-ending injuries to his feet. Fofana is suing MSU and on Tuesday his lawyers will be in court arguing why this case should not be dismissed. STONE COUNTY, Mo. — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers have temporarily closed the swimming area at the Cape Fair campground for high levels of E. Coli bacteria. "Around holiday weekends, we're required by the county or the state to do an E. Coli test," Public Affairs Specialist Jay Woods with the Corps of Engineers said.
