  By Lydian Coombs MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) — Memphis police have shut down a portion of I-240 Westbound near Poplar Avenue in East Memphis after a shooting that left a man dead Tuesday night. Police say all westbound lanes are blocked and that traffic is being diverted to Poplar. Officers received the shooting call at 8:01 p.m. The victim was found near the Poplar overpass and rushed to Regional One Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Memphis Police arrived on the scene at 1:40 a.m. According to Memphis police, three men and one woman were found dead on the scene.
