I successfully brought my Fire TV Cube 3 (gazelle) back to life by spamming adb shell, pm enable (package name) of the responsible bootloop. Please note adb is required through USB pc. An error "cmd: Can't find service: package" will show. Spam the pm enable and pm list packages -d to bring up the list and enabled prompt. After some time, the bootloop is gone, there's no rebooting necessary. adb logcat if needed to look for the issue. This fix won't work for the black "fire tv" logo. Only on... Read more ..read more

The new PS7669/4007 update that began rolling out the last few days, blocks apps from being able to use ADB. This breaks many 3rd party apps, like Mouse Toggle and Launcher Manager. I'm assuming that Amazon is doing this to put a final death nail into custom launcher work arounds, but there's a lot of collateral damage to other apps that used the ADB feature too.
