I am trying to figure out how to properly code for immunotherapy of warts. Candida and Trichophyton were injected directly into the warts.
I am questioning the use of 95117, 95125, 11900, or 17110. I don't think it would constitute the destruction of lesions, but is it really an allergy immunotherapy, or simply an intralesional injection?
Much thanks for any help ..read more

Do you know if you can bill a skin graft 15271 and unna boot 29580 together? We occasionally apply a skin graft with the Unna boot in our vascular wound clinic but vascular surgery does not have a coding forum so I thought I would start here.
Appreciate any information you can provide
Thank you

Patient tolerated procedure well.
How would I code for this? The provider selected the code 11440 - Excision, other benign lesion including margins, except skin tag (unless listed elsewhere), face, ears, eyelids...

Can my provider still charge 10060 even if he didn't make an incision to drain the abscess?
He states, "They were not draining, but I was able to express pus by applying pressure from the abscesses without an incision"
Any idea where I can find something in writing for backup? Thanks ..read more

Hi, is anyone experiencing a denial for Ameluz (J7345) from Medicare of Florida? Our denial reason is CO-151 The information furnished does not substantiate the need for this level of service.
