Intralesional Immunotherapy for warts

I am trying to figure out how to properly code for immunotherapy of warts. Candida and Trichophyton were injected directly into the warts. I am questioning the use of 95117, 95125, 11900, or 17110. I don't think it would constitute the destruction of lesions, but is it really an allergy immunotherapy, or simply an intralesional injection? Much thanks for any help ..read more

Hi I need some help with OTC documentation. In Derm we use a lot of OTC such as Sunscreen, Eucerin, Aquaphore and other creams which aid in preventions of skin cancers, infection and other things. I don't feel that provider stating use as directed is sufficient especially due to the fact that a lot of patients have higher risk of developing cancers due to personal or family history .I... Can my provider still charge 10060 even if he didn't make an incision to drain the abscess? He states, "They were not draining, but I was able to express pus by applying pressure from the abscesses without an incision" Any idea where I can find something in writing for backup? Thanks ..read more
