I have a 08 DVX 400 with no spark that I have been trying to figure out for some time now. I got the machine knowing it had top end issues and now that I have the motor rebuilt Ive come across the no spark issue. I have a 07 LTZ 400Z it boggs down when I give throttle about little less then halfway. I have read everything on here of what could be possible. Here is a list of all the new parts I have put on. New ignition coil , spark plug , natural safety switch sensor, stator , starter, pick up, starter relay , full wiring harness , 440 big bore kit , new carburetor. Hey everyone, I’m seeing if anyone knows what could be wrong or has had the same issue with their ltz 400 my quad was running great for a ride then I get home and park it for a week, then I went to ride it again and it bogged really bad and was breaking up, so I took the in-line fuel filter out and put a straight fuel line, didn’t fix it. Hi everyone I'm new to this forum as a member. I believe I have a clutch basket issue. My bike goes into gear and still roles but when I give it gas it doesn't move and sound like it's in neutral and make a grinding noise when put in gear. Hi all I need some help with the CDI connector on a 05 Suzuki LTZ250 I have no problem with wiring diagram in a car diagram because they show the connector and the pinout ! In the the Service Manual they show the wiring wire color that go in the CDI but not the location of the wire in the connector it's for a project swapping a Marauder 250 failed CDI with a LTZ250 CDI, they share the same connector ! thanks ..read more

I bought a 2005 z400 a few months back. After doing a bunch of work to it, we got it out riding. It runs great and is very torquey. In the trails though the front suspension is a little stiff. Most of the time my son and I ride it and we are both about 6ft tall 225lbs. The guy I bought it off said his buddy was the original owner and put the wider front a arms on it. Hi guys, yesterday I changed from the stock 130 main and 22.5 pilot to a 150 main and 25 pilot jets, and now I just cant get it running right. I dont have much experience with carbs or bikes. I have a slip on, removed the snorkel and the airbox lid, everything else is stock. I have a video, but it wont let me post it.
