I have a problem getting a client based in Armenia to pay an outstanding debt that, despite regular reminders, remains unpaid. The sum involved and quality of the work is not in dispute and the debt is more than £10K. The work we have undertaken involves the facilitation of their product access to the EU marketplace. Hello, I’m working for a company which I get paid weekly for and in the contract it states “All hours on a sixth consecutive day between Monday and Saturday will paid at double the hourly rate” and I am set to work 11 days. I am working Sunday through to the following Wednesday - I know that either the Friday or the Saturday will be double pay but should the 7th, 8th and 9th day which fall between Monday and Saturday be double pay as well?
