Is it common for those with Bipolar 2 to randomly cut off their friends? My friend stopped texting me and turned on their do not disturb. They’ve never really done this and usually feels comfortable talking to me when something’s up. So my (i guess ex) girlfriend and I have a very happy healthy relationship. We had a wonderful day the other day, making a blanket and cookies together, making plans for the fall and Christmas, just cuddling and watching a movie. The next day, she dumped me out of the blue. I've been on medication for two weeks until now, and hear that valproate had a lots of side efects, lucky enough I only happen to had some headache, it helped me with anxiety and depression but I still having maniac symptoms so I will ask my psych to change med or give me a higher dosis since Im on 250mg per day right now which as they told me is pretty low but I hesitate since ppl just recommend to stay away from valproate specially if you are women because it can mess up with your weight...
