hi all, we put an offer on a house this week. We had the inspection done and it turned up that it needs more foundation work. It had 9 piers put in 3 years ago and now it needs 10 more. The sellers are willing to put in the other 10 piers. Other than a leak in the bathroom toilet and a couple other minor issues it appears the foundation is the biggest cause for concern. It's time for me to schedule our one-year warranty walk-through. I know of several issues I plan to point out and get fixed. Sorry. I started a 'frugal car thread' a while back, and got a lot of feedback, and recommendations for Subarus, etc. So, my car is currently a 1998 Volvo XC wagon (AWD) w/197,000 miles on it. I bought the deal. I know that 3 friends bought the deal using my link. But I never got emails confirming each purchase like I was supposed to- my settings are set to notify me whenever someone uses my link to buy.
