Hello all, I've been looking for a forum like this, on and off, for 2 or 3 years so am very glad to have stumbled onto here this morning, as it's helped me figure out a z-axis issue. I've been printing a lot recently with no issues. I set a print last night before bed and this morning the build plate is in the vat at what seems to be the lowest point (hard to tell since it's full of resin), and the screen says the print is completed. If I try to raise the build plate manually it just buzzes and won't move. I loosened the build plate but it won't budge.  The vat is FULL OF RESIN. I just got a mars 4 max printer (my first printer) and I cant get it to print anything. The original problem was i got a "inconsistent slicing and projection resolution" error when I tried to print anything. Tried multiple solutions none of which worked, then i found out that the firmware could be the issue so i tried to update that. Now i cant get the firmware to update as when i try and "print" the update it says "no files found".  Any help would be greatly appreciated ..read more

So, bought the Mars 3 in Nov 2023. 85% successful prints since then & I've got through a couple of litres of resin.  About 3 weeks ago, was considering changing the original FEP when it leaked & was forced to replace! Bought a cheap FEP brand from Amazon- replaced as per the Elegoo video on YouTube with a 5x35x50mm piece of foam. Fail. Tightened the FEP more- fail. More slack (15mm in the end). Fail. Just got my Mars 4 Ultra. Water Elegoo Grey resin.  Setup per instructions, leveled plate , get the Elegoo screen and layer display but, nothing prints at all.  Say "print complete" but nothing but liquid resin drops on plate.   Am I supposed to update any of the settings?  All demos I've seen are just setup, level and print. Hi All,  I'm having some recent issues with my Saturn 3. Out of the box I was printing with no issues then recently the printer will only print on the back half of the build plate, anything on the other half will just have the bottom layers stuck to the fep with noting at all on the plate.  I have changed the fep Relevelled (many many times)  Tested the screen (it works)  Turned the build plate 180 degrees (still always the front not sticking)  Tried increasing bottom layer exposure (didn't help and the other side prints fine with current settings).&nb ..read more
