I have discovered C.J. Sansom - finally. Where have I been? I had just started reading his first book of the Shardlake series when he passed away last month. So sad to hear that. When I looked him up I found he was born on my birthday (different year), so of course I should like him. I'm so impressed by his historical details & really enjoying his characters. Five stars from me! But I'm sure most people in this group already know him. RIP to a wonderful writer that leaves a great legacy of Tudor period excellent novels.
