I’ve been told by the doctors I have IBS ( been around a year and a half) but over the last month or so I’ve been having slight pain in my upper right abdominal. Nothing major, more a numbness and pulling, and seems slightly swollen. I also have gone to the toilet and when wiped wiping found blood ( since march it’s happened twice on a larger scale, normally after passing a huge load) and when I wipe there is sometimes some faint red streaks on the toilet role.
I don’t know what to do. Going to try and get a doctors appointment but most likely can’t get one for a few weeks due to circumstance ..read more

I was standing still then suddenly my left nut started hurting a lot. I went to the bath room stood there naked and it died down. Its been a day it still hurts. Not too badly but it feels tender, sitting down doing nothing helps. I don't think its torsion cause to my understanding I wouldn't be walking and vomiting a lot. Could I have just strained it?

I am 18, I say I am fairly healthy, I go to the gym and do other healthy activity. I want to use this for improved erectile function and quality, and other health benefits like a boost in free test, better pumps in the gym, more endurance, blood flow, etc.
I have no history of any cardiovascular issues/diseases.
Will there be any dangerous sides? Could this eventually cause ed?
I am thinking 2.5mg a day or every other day. What do you think?

1 out of 4 times that I cum is followed by sharp pain near the tip of my penis and noticeable bleeding. Bleeding lasts maybe less than a minute and pain only when I pee for no more than a day. This has been happening for about a month now and all std tests came back negative, anyone else experience this and maybe have some insight? It’s super scary to be with someone because I don’t know when it’s going to happen again.

I did a blood test and it said I have high prolactin levels. I'm 42 year old male.
Has anyone had this before and what are the causes and solutions ?

Today I (28M) received my blood reports and found that I've a low testosterone level. I got a blood test done because I was not experiencing a full erection with an added PE while having sex with my girlfriend.
After consultation with a sexologist, I took tadalafil 5mg for 1 month but my blood report still suggests low testosterone levels.
I eat healthy (no packed food) and I also workout and meditate daily. Please suggest if there are any additional ways to increase my testosterone to normal level.

It's a bit awkward for me, but here goes. Early yesterday afternoon I started to feel a slight pain in my right testicle. At first I thought it would go away in a few minutes. I've never had it before, but I wasn't particularly worried about it. However, more than 24 hours later it is still going on. I haven't noticed any change in size, shape, colour, the pain itself is not intense, and I've noticed that when I exercise or play games I feel it much less or not at all.
As I read about the potential causes I saw that in theory stress could cause it. I have been stressed lately with exam season ..read more

2 years ago I was circumcised for phimosis that escalated as I transitioned from teen to young adult.
I've been generally trying to not go into surgery and the doctors advised waiting and trying less invasive things for a few years, but as I grew older it escalated to urine retention and I couldn't urinate properly.
At that point circ was pretty much the only option.
After it, I've been struggling with anorgasmia. I would masturbate and feel nothing. Since the operation was pretty much the only option and not something I'd wanted... It was quite a traumatic experience mentally.
To be honest I ..read more

Hello,
I am 24 years old and recently I moved to Cleveland. I’m pretty anxious about the whole move and being away from family, friends, etc. lately I’ve been feeling off, as if my head and body feel like it’s in an earthquake and quick movements can make me dizzy. But when I workout I feel fine, I go on mile jogs everyday without problems but later I’ll feel the dizzy feeling again. I’m curious if anyone has any insights on this situation for it’s not helping me undo my anxiety, from what I looked up it’s either vertigo or inner ear disturbances but any input would be gracious. If it is vert ..read more
