This old girl was in a sorry state when i found her ,tatty beaten up old stock and some nasty rust on the metal work including some nasty pitting ,underneath all that seemed to me to be a gun that had seen little action ,so worth the price of some sand paper and oil .A bonus was the original sights still in place ,the spring was in good nick so just added new seals and ready for a new life ! Hi all. Looking for a new nv ratter gun. Not to expensive as it will possibly get bashed about on the farm, so brobably a "black" gun. I like stumpy guns, multi shot and probably an infernal pcp with mod/shroud. Don't need mahosive shot count as rarely go above 40 shots. And while not a "throwaway" gun it won't need to be a family heirloom. It will be a .177 Was thinking of a new RM8 UC or possibly an Ultra/Scorpion TS. Folks I’m going to move across from my weihrauch springer to a pcp. I just think I’ll get more accuracy at longer distances and a quieter gun so will probably use it more. Loathed to fork out lots. Maybe £700 at a guess. I have scopes I can use so really it’s rifle and dive tank.   What rifle would you suggest? I like the look of the HW 100 but are air arms or bsa better? I think the HW has a small ish tank.   i basically want a buy once, cry once multi shot.
