I’m looking to buy a scope but I’m fairly new to air rifles. I’ll be doing a lot of plinking and some small game hunting. I have a gamo swarm magnum 10x gen 3i .22 rifle and I shoot up to 100 yards with it pretty accurately at a metal 10ish inch diameter target. Should I even consider an upgraded scope for these ranges? The scope is a 3-9x 40mm made by gamo. So I have a kral puncher Knight. The regulator broke so I had a new one installed... now it worked however I just got a chronograph to test it's legal and such... it's not, the UK limit is 17J I'm averaging 17J but peaks are at 18, nearly 19 IIRC. I have spoken to the regulator company and they say that the regulator is for pressure and not power... aren't they directly proportional?
