I’ve been tracking my sleep for a couple weeks now and wanted to evaluate some of the collected data. I figured the sleep data would be available in more detail on my phone, but I can’t find it. Am I missing something? Also, I noticed I’m not registering very much deep sleep at all. How accurate are these trackers? We have a series 6 apple watch and wanted to upgrade to a newer version. The O2 sensor is a must but we read that in the USA it's not functional in the series 9 watch. The Verizon store said it is functional and online it said it's not. Hey So I have an SE9 and I honestly love it it’s been brilliant and getting me motivated. I have changed the data source to my iPhone. Like I go to resting/ active energy, data sources and access, and put iPhone at the top of the list. But it doesn’t do anything. I do not wear my watch every day so I want my phone to track the numbers not the watch. Ever since I connected my Apple Watch my iPhone will not give me calorie numbers any more.
