what is wrong with operating a dock in the open ocean 150mn from shore, and why would davits / mission bays seem more suited? are the waves/swell bigger than found just 50m offshore? do bigger landing craft behave less optimally in the waves/swell found 150m offshore? Who said ellida would be operating close to shore? https://www.navylookout.com/steller-sys ... p-concept/ The stern ramp allows the launch and recovery of vessels up to 20m in length and 30 tonnes in weight. This could include Commando Insertion Craft, USVs, UUVs, XLUUVS or vehicles discharged onto mexeflotes or similar ..read more

can you deploy a viking from one of these ramp deployed landing craft? can you deploy a useful number of viking from the landing craft anticipated to be deployable from a stellar style amphib? CIC will be able to carry one BvS 10 and whatever replaces the LCU Mk10 will be able to carry four. Statistics: Posted by Fr0sty125 — Thu May 30, 2024 9:42 am ..read more

Your the one who stated that the LPD's/LSD's can't have any other launching method than their well dock. So far, I have argued against you that Fearless MRSS (Which in my belief isn't a thing) and LPH are, infact, equal in regard to being a ..read more
