Looking at our cap space next year

I really think this will be Chubb’s last year in Miami as he will be a post June 1 cut like we did to Xavien this year. Especially considering what we had in our draft picks this year in two edge rushers. With Tua’s extension looming as well and I am wondering about Holland resigning in Miami. I could see a very slow off season next year in free agency next year but this just means the draft becomes that much more important. I still don’t get why Grier did that weird Barrett contract with... Read more ..read more

Bought Dolphins Tickets Via Ticketmaster?

Mods I hope this is the right place After a few days of "no comment" Ticketmaster, part of the Livenation Group, have admitted they have been hacked. The hack is estimated to have affected around half a BILLION (you read that correctly) people globally including the US. So if you have ever bought tickets for a Dolphin game, show or event online through them then there is a good chance your name, email, address, phone details and last few digits of your payment card have been stolen and... Do great men make history or does history make great men?

Waddles contract. Did Waddle put up the great performance he did in 2023 because of who is, Waddle, or is his great performance and his great numbers because of the person throwing him the rock? Same with Tyreek. I say without Tua, Waddle doesn’t get the numbers he got. Same with Tyreek. In support of this proposition, I cite to Tyreek’s numbers with Mahomes. Good but not great. With Tua, Tyreek’s numbers are top of the line. I would argue the same is true with Waddle. Under a different... Read more ..read more

Interesting Comments From Our Former OL Coach Mr. Snow

Would not expect an OL coach to have this perspective. This seems to be the same philosophy that Grier (and possibly McDaniel) and the Dolphins have. McDaniel comes from the same system as Foerster. They prioritize the weapons, and not the OL. I do not agree, but it has worked for the 49ers. The key is execution. You can draft OL low, and find good players. You can draft OL high, and find poor or mediocre players. The 49ers have executed well. Then it also depends on the QB and... Read more ..read more

Dolphins' Tyreek Hill has been eyeing new contract since conclusion of 2023 NFL season, per report Hill, who reportedly wants a bump in pay, just saw his teammate land a new deal www.cbssports.com via http://cbssportsapp.com I didn't see this posted. Sorry and merge if so. I haven't heard anything about this but if this is true, this guy is getting tiresome. Hopefully it doesn't come to fruition ..read more

Tough Enough?
FinHeaven

Although challenging, disregard who the author of the article is, and focus on the content. Is the team tough enough and are they built to win playoff football games, especially in the cold and on the road? This remains an issue, until proven otherwise. I remain concerned. In addition to how things looked at the end of last year, the offseason seemed to continue the theme of finesse and speed as opposed to physicality and toughness. Not trying to debate the merits of the moves, but for... Read more ..read more
