Since I’m not a golfer, I enlisted the help of my partner, Justin Altman, to write this blog about the wonderful public golf courses in the Wasatch Back. Enjoy! Park City is home to many stunning private golf clubs and gated communities, but the city and surrounding areas have a number of phenomenal courses and clubs open to the public as well! I have been fortunate enough to play all the…

Updated: 05/20/24 One of the things I love to do is play concierge for my out-of-town real estate clients. I take a lot of pride in this town and sharing it with visitors makes me happy. In fact, I have become friends with many of my clients over the years doing just this. If you’re planning a vacation, take a look at these trip agendas I suggest for different types of travel parties.

AI has the potential to significantly impact and transform various aspects of the real estate industry in the coming years. I just returned from a luxury real estate conference, and I chose to spend my time at the real estate AI sessions because I know how important this topic is for my business. Utah, with its breathtaking landscapes, booming economy, and growing urban centers, has become one of the fastest-growing states in the country. From the Greatest Snow on Earth and picturesque red rock formations to world-class ski resorts and The Mighty Five, it’s no wonder why so many people are moving here. And though our state has much to offer long-time residents and newcomers alike, it’…

I’m biased. I love helping other people buy and sell real estate as much as I enjoy buying and selling it for myself. My husband and I own nine properties right now. One is the home we live in and a second is a home which we do not rent. The others are long-term rental properties. This past weekend, we decided to list our second home and trade up to another home in the same neighborhood.

One of my clients sent me an article titled “Deed fraud is on the rise – here’s how to protect your home” earlier this month. The article, published in the New York Post, stated that there is a new scheme in which criminals forge a phony deed transfer and then sell the home, take out a mortgage, or even rent it out to tenants to turn a profit. We are seeing this in our market, too.

Updated: 04/17/24 Park City, Utah, has always been renowned for its dog-friendly atmosphere, boasting numerous restaurants that welcome furry companions at their outdoor tables and vast trails and off-leash areas perfect for pups. However, for working pet parents or those in need of care when out of town, finding reliable dog care services becomes essential. I did an informal poll of my local…

The overall Park City market saw a resurgence of activity in the first quarter of 2024. Driven by an equities market rally and optimism that 2024 will see rate cuts by the Federal Reserve, pended sales matched Q3 of 2023 (historically, the third quarter is our heaviest quarter for pended sales) and gave us the strongest start to the year since 2022 when the Covid market peaked.
