Lawn Maintenance Reminder As the weather warms up, RMA would like to remind you that unless otherwise stated in your lease agreement, lawn maintenance is a tenant responsibility. This means that the lawn must be watered adequately and mowed weekly. All weeds must be pulled and removed from the lawn and flower bed areas.
