We are embarking on a three or four week, yet open-ended, tour of Southeastern Utah. It will be in many very remote areas, so, I can’t be promised internet connection and, so you may notice a missing week or two of posts. 2024-04-03 We’re back at camp after a fine naked hike up to a saddle on Ragged Top Mountain in the Ironwood Forest National Monument. The campsite is outside of the monuments boundaries at the end of a desert road. As we return, Ken and Amie are about to leave, heading up to the gas station and general store, which is just a few miles away. World Naked Gardening Day 2024 is coming up on Saturday May 4th this year. Gardening is something that innately goes hand in hand with naturism. 2024-04-03 We met Ken and Amie out near the entrance to the Ironwood Forest National Monument for a campout. The planning had come a few weeks before, by them, for the day after April Fools. Coming down from the Prescott area, they had invited several naturists from many spots around Arizona. 2024-02-20 We’ve come out to the Rosecuge Mountain’s foothills to explore, a short hike, and a breath of nature. We have found our bearings. I’ve been attempting to get here for years, by hiking, foiled by distance, time and a maze of man-made obstacles, the steep canyon-like washes to appropriate water for cattle. 2024-02-20 DF and I drove out for a short walk, an afternoon’s exploration. I’d been laid up with a neck and back pain and then nearly recovered, when, I immediately contracted probably covid. You know, one of those just passing through viruses. I didn’t want to get up and over do it the first day. On the other hand, I was stir crazy with frustration. 2024-01-30 We’re running late, its 1pm. Well, that’s three hours late. It looks like this will be a shorter walk than we thought, but that’s okay. DF has been getting some therapy on a sore leg the last couple of weeks. This should be a test run. She should be careful, as to not overdo it and too soon. I have mentioned the AirBnB here at my home in Tucson. It has been functioning by word of mouth. In mid- February “Ida’s Place” became marketed as a clothing optional AirBnB. 2023-07-09 Sometimes, a short walk just keeps goin’. We decide to walk, but have no decision where. We look across the great field and DF suggests revisiting the distant Aspen Grove (See Here): Exploring the Mystery of the Aspen Grove I’m game.
