Hi, I've been trawling through previous posts looking into the danielsson reels. I'm a sucker for old school design and like very much that they are built to last in Europe! How is the dryfly for euronymphing? I have been using a cheap reel with a drag system and playing fish off the drag mostly. Is the over run adjustable? Hi all
As the title suggests this is a very very very long shot…. I’m looking to see if anyone has any guesses as to what make/size a pair of hackle pliers are that I have!
I have attached a photo, the hackle pliers in the middle are the ones I’d like information on.
furthest left in the picture are midge size and furthest to the the right are just the standard size!
Any help appreciated ..read more

Some good discounts currently across the range if you're looking at Bloke blanks. Rods too I think.
Will resist (hopefully) - trying to spend more on actually fishing this year, so far with limited success ..read more

17 Carp anglers all round the reservoir, all Bivvied up the vast majority with 3 rods out in an arc....
As a bank angler forget it, you can't get on any of the purpose built casting platforms or the dam for bloody carp anglers who can fish all night and day.
The smell of weed was everywhere today as they sit getting stoned waiting for the optics to go beep.
