I heard recently from Baxter at Casino Guitars that Guitar Center is going to be making some big changes. I'm not sure if the changes will be in response to Sam Ash's recent notice to close all shops by the end of 2024, or just because they feel that their current model isn't working as efficiently as they would like. The CEO, Gabe Dalporto, believes that there is a market for a brick and mortar store, especially when it comes to our crowd, but there needs to be some changes in order for them to survive.
