I'm looking to buy Mikimoto pearl stud earrings and a necklace for my wife. I'll be buying the earrings soon so she can wear it for our daughter's first birthday, but I'd also like to eventually buy a necklace at a later time as well. Thinking of buying a pair from General pearl ... It seems like they have small blemish om the backside but luster is super strong. I'm torn between takahshi and this vendor. The price is about the same but slightly lower on general pearl since takahashi did more than doubled the price compared to last year:[ (I have purchased from takahahi last year!) Hi all! I need some opinions on these Takahashi strands. They are described as 6.5-7mm, natural white, gem luster with minor flaws. My priorities are luster and overall "glowiness" of the pearls. I don't mind minor flaws, blemishes or not super smooth skins — I actually prefer having some imperfections to keep the price slightly lower!
