Today, we're going to talk about the market stats for April of 2024.  Single Family Home Stats First off, we're going to start of with the single family homes and there we saw the same median sales price that we saw last month in March, which was $1.1 Million. Oahu Home Stats First off, we're going to dive into the single family home sales. There, we saw a dip in home sales from the previous year, which was down 2.5%. In March of 2023, there were 236 home sales on Oahu. This past month, we saw 230. So, that's a 2.5% dip in home sales.
