If you haven't seen Cartoon Network's Codename: Kids Next Door, when an operative, or agent of the titular organization turns 13 years old, they are decommissioned from duty. A process that involves deleting all memories of KND from their brains using toilet plungers (don't ask...) and are released into the wild to live as teenagers, and eventually adults, hopefully not turning into more villains for the KND to fight. To me, Check 1.0 was definitely a huge step in the right direction compared to the fall and noods era. Thanks to Regular Show and Adventure Time's popularity. It even brought in more great shows like Sym-Bionic Titan, Generator Rex, Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc, and Young Justice. This is also the time when CN started to go into the PG route, but sadly they gave up the time TTG came.
