ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - Two weeks after a crash in Leo, an 88-year-old man died, according to the Allen County Coroner. The coroner said Franklin Dwyer died Friday due to multiple blunt impact injuries from a crash that happened May 31. The man from Spencerville was hurt around 5:30 p.m. that day at State Road 1 and North Leo Drive. He was pronounced dead at a hospital Friday.
