Demo is done! The painting is mostly done! (Thank you amazing husband!) The flooring can begin. If you recall from our Plan, this is the laminate flooring we chose for most of the house. Every once in a while you come across a true gem. Not like an actual Piccasso or something but a really quality, hand-made, original piece of art. What’s best is when this beautiful piece is yours for only $5 or $10!  And bonus – sometimes it has a sweet 70’s frame! After all the hard work of updating this foreclosure-builder-basic-suburb home it is time to sell! We have the new Poe House to move into soon which means staging and packing and all sorts of crazy.
