Ingredients :-
1 cup shredded cabbage (washed in boiling water)
1 grilled chicken (cut in slices)
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage (washed in boiling water)
1 cup sliced carrots (boiled)
1 cup sliced beans (boiled)
7 sliced almonds
1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
Method :-
Mix cabbage, sliced chicken, red cabbage, carrots, beans and olive oil in a bowl.

Recipe Of The Week is Tunday Kebab which is featured in Let’s Feast.
Ingredients :-
500 gm minced mutton
1 tsp galouti kebab masala powder
1 tsp raw papaya paste (with skin)
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp fried cashew nut paste
Salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp saffron (mixed in warm water)
1 tsp fried onion paste
1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp gram flour (besan)
1 tsp rose water
Ghee
Method :-
Mix all the ingredients together with the minced meat.

Ingredients :-
3/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 tbsp sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
salt
1 tbsp butter
whipped cream
Method :-
Mix dates, walnuts and sugar in a bowl and leave aside.
In a second bowl, beat egg, milk and vanilla.
Mix the ingredients in the above two bowls.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt and mix it with the above mixture.
Pour the above mixture into a butter greased baking dish and bake at 325° F for 30 minutes until it is cooked.

Ingredients :-
3 chopped garlic cloves
oil
salt
1 tbsp chopped ginger
3 chopped green chillies
1 cup baby corn
1 cup chopped green beans
1 cup chopped green peas
1 cup chopped carrot
2 cups overnight cooked rice
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper powder
3 tbsp spring onions (only greens)
Method :-
Heat oil in a frying pan and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, carrot, green beans, baby corn and green peas and toss it over medium flame for a few minutes.
Add rice and cook for a while.

3 tbsp cornflour
10 tbsp all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic salt
Oil
2 tsp paprika
3 boneless chicken cubes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
2 minced garlic
1 tbsp white distilled vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
Method :-
Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
In a baking tray, mix flour, white sugar, baking powder, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and salt. Then add milk and oil and stir thoroughly. Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining cocoa powder and chocolate chips over the mixture.
Add vanilla to hot water and pour it over the top of the mixture.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
6 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup milk
For the chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :-
Whisk eggs, milk and melted butter in a bowl.
Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a separate bowl.
Mix the above mixtures.

1 kg grated carrots
1 litre milk
sugar
4 tbsp milkmaid
4 tbsp ghee
1 1/2 cardamom powder
30 raisins
3 tbsp crushed almonds
3 tbsp crushed cashews
Method :-
Boil milk in a pan and add carrots and bring it to a boil.
Add sugar as per taste and simmer for a few minutes.
Then add milkmaid and cook until dry.
In a frying pan, add ghee, cooked carrots and stir for a while.
