The championship series of the super league triathlon kicked off in Jersey on Saturday, with the finale on Sunday turning into an enduro aquathlon event after the bike leg was cancelled due to high winds. The french were on the top of their game in the men’s race, with first and second going to Vincent Luis and Pierre Le Corre of France respectively. 3rd place went to New Zealand’s Hayden Wilde. Over-training can occur when you have a lack of recovery between sessions, when you do to greater volume of training or too much high intensity training. Eliud Kipchoge is a 34 year old Kenyan runner, who currently holds the  world record in marathon, has won the London marathon a record 4 times, and has a success rate of winning 12 out of the 13 marathons he has entered. Nike Breaking 2 Project In 2017 Kipchoge attempted his first sub 2 hour attempt as part of the Nike Breaking 2 project.
