There has been a rise from 1,950 cases (on 17/3/2020) to 2,626 (on 18/3/2020). The death toll has reached 104 (with 32 further deaths reported). It was recently brought to the public attention with the media highlighting the case of Mr J Dalgarno. This can be read here.
