maybe, perhaps, we can extend our eating window just a little, maybe to 2 hours. but no more than 4

time for family
I’m making my plan for the week
I’ll begin my week with OMAD Fast OMAD
then on Thursday will be a big eating day for me
and Friday – Sunday – OMAD OMAD Fast
Sunday is a travel day – it can be easy to fast on travel days
I am a bad bad snacker.
for me OMAD works because without this very simple rule,
I will just continually eat all day long every day this week.
