    What comes to mind when you hear the words self care? For me, it was always bubble baths, mani/pedi's, and general girl time. It wasn't until I found myself being a part time caregiver for my mom that I really came to understand the true value of self care. Not to mention, now in my 30's I no longer feel like wonder woman! This year, we are starting a new tradition. We have met so many amazing people in the few months we have been open that we would love to showcase some of the amazing people who are in our community.
