Edmonton Real Estate Market Update May 2023 The Edmonton real estate market in May 2023 was characterized by: A decrease in sales activity, with 2,719 units sold, down 6.8% from May 2022.
A slight increase in average prices, with the MLS® Home Price Index (HPI) composite benchmark price coming in at $378,800, an increase of 0.5% from April 2023, but a decrease of 8.4% from May 2022.
A decrease in days on market, with detached homes averaging 40 days on the market and semi-detached homes averaging 37 days on the market.
