Spenga encompasses 3 modalities of movement in Spin, Strength, and Yoga (which makes the name spenga!) and includes something for everyone. I vividly remember the sinking feeling of standing in front of the flight board and seeing the word “cancelled” after my listed flight from Newark to St. Louis.
