Biden Administration Releases New NEPA Rules DURANGO, CO (May 2, 2024)—The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) has issued its final rule implementing new National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) regulations. This new rule will undo harmful changes made to the law during the Trump Administration, which had undermined the environmental analysis process and limited public participation.
