Another Game 2 loss is starting to have the headlines talking curse. The Celtics and Bruins have yet to win a game 2 in either round of their respected Playoffs. The Celtics dropped their only loss of the last series in Game 2 when they let the Heat shoot a blistering 55% from downtown. Against the Cavaliers, history seems to be repeating itself. Boston had an early lead that evaporated into the third under the hot hand of Cavs star Donovan Mitchell. Before fans knew it, Boston was down 15 in the fourth with flickering hope of a comeback. That flickering died after a quick run by Cleveland bro ..read more

Another disappointing NBA All-Star weekend has come and gone. This year seems like a kickstart for change because there is a serious problem with All-Star Weekend. Ratings and fan fair are at an all-time low. The Dunk contest hasn’t been impressive since the days of Aaron Gordon and Zach LaVine. The Three-point contest was sloppy. The skills competition hasn’t garnered attention in its history. Worst of all, The NBA All-Star game was an atrocious display of three-point chucking.
