"Puppyhugs" is featured in the Zentangle Project Pack 23, Day 2 video which you can watch HERE. "Puppyhugs" is a combination of the tangles "Cadent" and "Huggins". I suspect that the "Puppy" part of the name comes from "Cadent" being similar to a Houndstooth pattern. "Hugs" is obviously from "Huggins". As far as I know, they haven't published a step-out for this tangle which they said is usually drawn in a grid. I might give that a try to see how it would look in that format.
